I have always had a passion for creating ever since I remember, resulting in me studying filmmaking for 3 years in high school, building a skillset and a lot of connections that often come very in handy. I made a lot of stuff that I am very proud of in high school, most notably my graduation film, Sápa, which was a great learning experience for me. The film is an experimental and surreal take on addiction. Sápa recently won four awards at the annual KHF festival, for best short film, best actor, best technical implementation and best production. After graduation I started working as a freelancer at Samstöðin, a radio and television station ran by the socialist party in Iceland, as a live editor and mixer. In the summer of 2024 I got the opportunity to work on the biggest tv show in Iceland, Iceguys,  on the second season as a runner/pa, eventually working my way up to be a second ac, carrying over to season 3 which will release in 2025. I also started work on a music video with Orri Guðmundsson as a producer and cinematographer, for HúbbaBúbba, which would release in late October 2024. Other noteworthy projects I have worked on is a Collab (famous drink in Iceland) ad as a second ac, a music video for Eurovison contestants VÆB as a gaffer and work on the BBC show King and Conqueror in both costume and prop departments.
